The family of Aditya Sachdeva who was killed in a road rage incident in Bihar this year are an aggrieved lot.

Aditya’s killer Rocky Yadav has been granted bail by a court 6 Months After the alleged Road Rage Murder. Aditya’s family has accused the Bihar govt of abrogating justice.

The bail granted by the Patna HC to Rocky Yadav, son of suspended JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi has political temperatures soaring in the state.

Rocky was arrested in May for shooting a college student in Bihar in a case of road rage.

Meanwhile, the aggrieved parents of the victim expressed dissatisfaction over the court’s judgement.

Aditya Sachdeva’s mother questioned the court order, saying the bail was an injustice to the victim and his family.

Politics over the issue meanwhile continues to heat up, with the opposition cornering the state govt over the issue of deteriorating law and order situation in the state. The JDU on its part has said that it is with the family of the victim and will appeal against the bail in the Supreme Court.

The case dates back to May this year when Rocky, whose real name is Rakesh Ranjan Yadav, was driving his SUV in Gaya, 110 km from the capital of Patna, when it was overtaken by 19-year-old Aditya Sachdeva, who was with his friends in another car.

Rocky allegedly beat up Aditya, a Class 12 student, before shooting him. Rocky’s parents who were also arrested were released on bail earlier.
