Congress has said the government should start process of dialogue at the earliest to normalise situation in Jammu and Kashmir. Party senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad, however, said it is upto the government to decide who to talk with.
Mr Azad said, Home Minister Rajnath Singh visiting the state tomorrow is a good step. He said, dialogue is the only way to reach people and bring normalcy.
