An earthquake of 3.1 magnitude on the Richter scale hit Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir this morning. The epicentre of the earthquake was near Kishtwar, and the depth was 10 km below the surface. However, there were no reports of any loss of life or damage to property.
