The death toll in yesterday’s fire at a cracker factory in Kheri village of Balaghat district in Madhya Pradesh, has gone up to 25. Two more persons succumbed to burn injuries today. Additional Director General of Police G Janardhan told media that among the deceased, 20 are women and five men.
He said of the five other injured persons, three are being treated outside the state and two at a local hospital.
