President Draupadi Murmu will visit Ujjain and Indore on 18-19 September where she will perform Bhoomi Pujan of Ujjain-Indore Six Lane Road.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav informed that along with performing Bhoomi Pujan of Ujjain-Indore Six Lane Road, the President will also participate in the program of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya Indore.

Chief Minister said that Swachhata Hi Seva-2024 campaign will be started in the state from 17 September on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi till 02 October. The campaign themed on  Swabhaav Swachhata-Sanskar Swachhata will encourage public participation by the state government, people will be encouraged to do Shramdaan and innovate to keep their surroundings clean in this campaign.

Air cargo facilities will also be started from Rewa Airport
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Rewa Airport located in Vindhya region has received DGCA license which will accelerate the economic development of the state and expand regional connectivity. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that after 1978, the state has got a new airport. Our effort will be to start air cargo facilities from Rewa Airport. A proposal has been sent to the Central Government regarding soybean procurement at the support price of Rs. 4892 per quintal


Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the interest of farmers, a proposal has been sent to the Central Government regarding soybean procurement at the support price of Rs. 4,892 per quintal. The Ministers of the concerned Department will be Chairmen of Corporation & Boards. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the powers of the chairmen of the corporations and boards will be handed over to the ministers of the concerned department.

Kshipra river to be perennial
The Cabinet has decided to develop the Sevarkhedi-Silarkhedi project with Rs. 614 crore 53 lakh. According to the decision, the water storage capacity of the reservoir will be increased by increasing the height of the Silarkhedi reservoir. By maintaining the flow of Kshipra river with the water stored in the project and by storing water in the Chitavad mega project, irrigation facility will be facilitated in 18 thousand 800 hectares area of about 65 villages.
