On the third day of the Jharkhand Assembly’s budget session, Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore presented a third supplementary budget of 6,450 crore rupees in the House. The budget makes provisions for additional funds for various departmental schemes, development projects, and pending works, with the aim of accelerating development activities. The government described it as significant for the state’s growth, stating that it would speed up the implementation of ongoing projects. During Zero Hour, legislators also raised issues concerning students, landholders, and the general public, which are likely to be discussed in detail in the coming days.
