has named him in its supplementary chargesheet in the Ajmer blast case, saying he hatched the conspiracy for blast.

According to report in a newspaper which claim to have the copy of chargesheet a conspiracy was hatched on 31 October, 2005, in which Joshi and his six associates namely Lokesh Sharma, Ramji Kalsangra, Shivam Dhakad, Samander, Sandeep Dange and Pragya Singh came to Jaipur. They stayed in room no 26 of Gujarati Samaj Athithi Grah, C scheme in the fake name and false addresses.”

“A secret meeting was organised which was addressed by Indresh Kumar of RSS who advised during the meeting that they should associate themselves with some religious groups for doing work while on tour to other states so that the people may believe that they are on pilgrimage and that nobody suspects them,” says the chargesheet. “Only after associating themselves with religious groups, they will be able to successfully accomplish their mission” he advised the group.

Investigators have procured the register and receipt books of the Gujarati Samaj Atithi Grah and from the scrutiny it has emerged that key members of the gang attended the meeting.

Indresh’s name first appeared in the chargesheet filed by Rajasthan ATS last year, but his role was not clear. It was only after the statement made by Swami Aseemanand that the agencies questioned Indresh in connection with the blast.

Aseemanand later retracted his statement but investigators now claim to be establishing the presence of the RSS leader, who is described as a ‘mentor’, at a 2005 meeting to hatch the conspiracy, which was attended by Sunil Joshi, who was later murdered.

The NIA chargesheet was filed in a Jaipur court on April, 28

Indresh’s counsel Meenakshi Lekhi  has rubbished the chargsheet saying it  is a concocted story as Congress which losing its ground.
