The National President of BJP’s Minority Morcha Abdul Rashid Ansari today said that the Centre is committed for the development of all minority communities. Talking to newsmen in Guwahati today, Mr. Ansari said, the BJP has given emphasise to end the backwardness of minority communities. On the other hand, state BJP President Siddhartha Bhattacharya said that the party has started the process of selection of candidates for the assembly poll.
He said that the BJP will contest alone in Assam. Assembly election in Assam is scheduled to be held in next year. On the other hand, former leader of Assam Jatiyatabadi Yuva Chatra Parishad Manoj Baruah along with former student leader of the tea community Teres Gowala have joined in the BJP today .
