Information and Broadcasting Minister Venkaiah Naidu has expressed concern at the burning of schools by miscreants in Jammu and Kashmir.
He told media in New Delhi that this is nothing but perversion, otherwise how can anybody think of setting on fire educational institutions which are imparting education to children.
He said residents of Valley should realize that these people have crossed all limits and are acting at the behest of enemies from across the border.
He also expressed hope that people will realise and isolate them.
