A massive search operation is underway to find a Titanic submersible with five people on board that went missing on a trip to view the wreckage of the Titanic. The Titanic wreckage lies at the bottom of the ocean nearly 13,000 feet below the surface southeast of Newfoundland, Canada.

Search for the missing submersible enters the fourth day, with more deep-sea vehicles sent to the site as part of the rescue operation. The Titanic submersible, operated by U.S.-based OceanGate Expeditions, began its descent on Sunday but lost contact with its support ship. The exact whereabouts of the submersible and the condition of the five crew onboard are unknown. It is thought that, if the vessel is still intact, it may have just a few hours of oxygen remaining.
