Assam to adopt modern technology to save rhino poaching

The Assam government will adopt modern technology to prevent rhino poaching at the Kaziranga national park. Assam Forest Minister Parimal Suklabaidya said that in a bid to keep round the clock vigil, drones will be deployed at the park.

He further said that, apart from drones, modern gazette named as Electronic Eye will also be set up at the Kaziranga. The minister said, anti-social elements are involved in rhino killing and chopping off horns.
