In the United States, two people were killed due to falling trees after the Bomb Cyclone hit Washington. The cyclone has severely affected north-west part of US and Western Canada. The cyclone also left over five lakh people without power supply in Washington. Damage from fallen trees and downed wires was reported throughout the area. The impact of the storm is expected to last for days, as the Weather Prediction Center has issued an alert for excessive rainfall till Friday.
