BJP MP Vinay Katiyar today said that the issue of construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya cannot be ignored by any government. He said, this is not a difficult issue for the government and it can be attended by all parties involved in the case, through negotiation.

Talking to media persons Katiyar said the BJP does not have majority in the Rajya Sabha but even then the temple issue should be raised now. The MP added that the temple issue can be addressed to the same way the government is pushing through the Land Acquisition Bill .

Earlier Katiyar had warned that if the issue is ignored the anger of Ram Bhaktas might erupt like a volcano. His remarks came days after BJP chief Amit Shah commented that the core issues including construction of Ram temple cannot be addressed as his party needs 370 seats in the Lok Sabha to legislate on the issue.

Earlier, Home Minister Rajnath Singh had also said that the NDA government will not be able to enact a law on this issue as it has no majority in the Rajya Sabha.
