President Ram Nath Kovind has emphasised the need to speed up judicial process for quick delivery of justice.
Inaugurating the valedictory function of Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of Kerala High Court at Kochi, he said among the sufferers due to delay in justice are the poorest of the poor and most underprivileged in the society.
Mr Kovind said an effort should be made to make available certified copies of court verdicts in local languages for the benefit of people.
The President said efforts should also be made to use digital technology in justice delivery system.
