Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother Hiraben today went to the bank and exchanged her savings of 4500 rupees 92 year old Hiraben, went to Raysan branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce- in Gandhinagar and exchanged the old currency with new notes.
Waiting in the queue of senior citizens, she followed all due procedures laid down by the government for exchange of old currency notes.
Hiraben, who is living with her younger son- Pankaj Modi reached her bank with the help of some family members due to her old age. The incident has set new example by the family members of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who live like other common people of the country.
