In Maharashtra, 11 people were killed and 21 injured in Nashik after the bus in which they were travelling collided with the tanker on the Mumbai-Aurangabad highway during wee hours today. Nashik district collector Gangatgaran D said the private luxury bus which was coming from Yavatmal and heading to Mumbai turned into a massive fireball after hitting the tanker.
In order to save their lives, some passengers tried to jump from the bus. However, some passengers who got trapped inside the killed due to the inferno. Soon after the incident was reported fire brigade officials were rushed to the spot who doused the flame.
