AAP GOVERNMENT IN Delhi today approved a proposal to grant No Objection Certificate (NoC) to existing higher educational institutions to run approved courses from agricultural land, school buildings and rented premises in Delhi for the academic year 2016-17.
Earlier department of higher education had proposed to the government to grant ex-post facto approval to allow the institutes located in agricultural lands, in school buildings and rented premises affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Board of Technical Education for the academic year (2016-17).
The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting here chaired by Delhi Chief Minster Arvind Kejriwal.
