The ongoing session of the Lok Sabha has been extended for three days. The House which was scheduled to be adjourned sine die tomorrow will now sit till 13th of this month. The decision was taken by the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs chaired by Home Minister Rajnath Singh this evening.

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Rajiv Pratap Rudy said, the decision was taken in view of some important legislations pending before the House. The current session of the Rajya Sabha is scheduled to continue till 13th May.
