Congress today questioned government’s decision to boycott SAARC Summit, which was scheduled to be hosted by Pakistan in Islamabad in next month.

Speaking to the media in New Delhi, Congress spokesperson Manish Tewari said India should isolate Pakistan in the region instead of boycotting the summit.

Mr. Tewari said the South Asia is least integrated region in the world and boycott of such event is not good. He said SAARC Summit could be held in any country other than Pakistan and India should have convinced other member nations to stop Pakistan from taking part in it.
