BSNL plegeNew Delhi: All employees of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, BSNL have pledged to serve the customer with new motto, “Service with a Smile” (SWAS). CMD BSNL Anupam Shrivastava, administered the oath to the employees at BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi today. Similar pledge ceremony took place at all BSNL Telecom Circle across India.

The employees pledges to do their best to resolve any service related issues of BSNL Customer as soon as possible in best possible manner, as it is our most important job. And we will do it with a smile.

Anupam Shrivastava, CMD BSNL, said on this occasion, “The theme ‘Service with a Smile’ was missing till now in BSNL. Often people talk about network, equipment, OFC cable and other infrastructure but the quality of service we offer is what that matters a lot. When Government is celebrating the ‘Good Governance Week’, there cannot better theme for BSNL than to provide “Service with a Smile” to our all customers.”

“I appreciate all BSNL trade unions/associations, who have come forward and extended their support to spread this message of “Serving with a Smile”. Similar pledgetaking events are being organized at Circle office/SSA level also. This theme will be effective from January 1, 2016 and there will be no expiry date for it.” Said Shrivastava.

“I wish you a new year 2016 filled with prosperity, joy, and contentment. I am hopeful that BSNL will achieve a healthy growth in all segments BSNL with all your supports, dedication and hard work in coming year. I am sure that New Year will bring new hopes, new achievements and successes for BSNL.” Said Anupam Shrivastava, CMD BSNL.
