A well-attended seminar on challenges before Urdu Journalism was organized on the occasion of the 9th death anniversary of noted journalist and poet Atiq Muzaffarpuri on Sunday at Urdu Ghar, New Delhi. The Seminar was jointly organised by the Anjuman Trarqi Urdu Hind and Saeban Foundation.
An informative Book “Atiq Muzaffarpuri: Life and Services” was also released on the occasion. A large number of great personalities of Urdu and lover of the language attend the grand event. On the occasions speakers highlighted the life and achievements of Atiq Muzaffarpuri who was not only a journalist but also a great writer and poet. They said that Atiq Muzaffarpuri considered Urdu journalism not just a profession but a mission.
His son Javed Rahmani who is preserving and promoting his legacy thanked all those attended the seminar and made it a pleasant event.
