BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde has filed a defamation case against Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, and party spokesperson Supriya Shrinate for their alleged baseless allegations in the Nallasopara case.
In a social media post, Mr. Tawde said that despite their attempts to tarnish his image, the truth is clear: the alleged five crore rupees were never recovered in the investigation by the Election Commission and the police. He said this case exposes the Congress’ low-level politics and their desperate attempts to mislead the nation. He added that the BJP stands tall, backed by truth and the people’s trust.
