Addressing the concluding session, senior party leader L.K.Advani announced that his party will conduct public awareness campaign against corruption and black money across the country. Referring to the proposed LOKPAL bill he said corruption has increased manifold in the country not due to unavailability of strong law but lack of strong political will against it.
In its resolution on the situations in Uttar Pradesh, the party has held BSP and Samajwadi Party governments responsible for backwardness of the state.
