BJP today accused TMC President and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of corruption. Briefing media in New Delhi, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said Ms Banerjee’s nephew Abhishek Banerjee’s company, Leaps and Bounds Pvt Ltd, received payments from a realtor, Raj Kishore who is under probe for land grabbing and attempt to murder.
Mr Javadekar said, it is a clear case of corruption and quid pro quo. He demanded an explanation from the West Bengal Chief Minister and also sought an enquiry in the matter. Mr Javadekar said this is a new addition to the series of scams which took place in West Bengal under the aegis of the Trinamool Congress President
