BJP National President Amit Shah today assured that the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre will accelerate development of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC).
He underlined that the Centre was committed for inclusive growth of the country. Attending the celebration of 14th Bodoland Day at Kokrajhar.
Mr Shah said that BJP is for inclusive growth of all region.
He said development of the country cannot happen if one part is lagging behind.
Hitting out at the Congress government in Assam, Mr Shah alleged that the state has been pushed into backwardness in the last 15 years of Congress rule.
He maintained that the process of detection of illegal Bangladeshis has already been accelerated since the BJP came to power at the Centre and pledged to ensure no fresh infiltration occurs if the party comes to power in Assam.
