Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to attend a mega farmers rally at Bhatli in Bargarh district of Odisha on February 21.
State BJP president Basant Panda has said the Prime Minister is coming to Odisha again to reach farmers with all welfare measures taken by his government for the benefit of the farming community.
Meanwhile, the BJD on the other hand, has planned rallies at Kalhandi and Bolangir, to gather farmers from both the districts.
Chief minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to visit the districts to lay foundation stones of some irrigation projects on February 18.
