The Defence Ministry appointed Inquiry Committee has named two former Army chiefs and several other retired military officials for their alleged complicity in the Adarsh Housing Society scam in Mumbai. The probe panel has mentioned former Army Chiefs General N C Vij and General Deepak Kapoor its report, citing a range of violations and irregularities.
