In the United States, Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and Republican nominee Donald Trump remain locked in a tight contest for the U.S. Presidency, eight days, ahead of the November 8 election. An ABC News-Washington Post poll put the Democratic presidential candidate Hillary just one point ahead of her Republican challenger Donald Trump at 46-45 percent in a four-way race.
Hillary’s campaign was jolted when FBI chief James Comey wrote to Congress on Friday that the FBI had recently come upon new emails while pursuing an unrelated case. In an election rally in Flordia yesterday, Hillary said, she would not be knocked off course in the election’s final days. She said, the move is unprecedented and deeply troubling. But Donald Trump has said in Las Vegas that Hillary has nobody but herself to blame for her mounting legal problems. He said, Hillary’s corruption shreds the principles on which our nation was found.
