Former Chief minister and Hindustani Awam Morcha(Secular) President Jitan ram Manjhi said his party has not set any pre-condition for seat sharing arrangements with other NDA partners for the upcoming Bihar Assembly election. Mr. Manjhi said in Patna that the 13 assembly seats currently held by HAM(Secular) legislators should be offered to it. Mr. Manjhi urged BJP President not to prolong the decision on seat sharing.
