Three people accused of raping a Japanese tourist on the Jaipur-Ajmer National Highway in February this year were sentenced to 20 years imprisonment by a court today in Jaipur, R rajasthan.
Additional District and Session Judge, Girish Kumar Ojha in his judgement awarded 20-year imprisonment under section 376 D to main accused Ajit Singh Choudhary and his two friends Abrar and Wahid.
While 3 others were found guilty of conspiring to gang rape the women have been sentenced to 2 years each and 3 others were acquitted by the court.
