Ruling Trinamool Congress has suspended two of its MLAs for anti -party activities. Party’s Secretary General and State Education Minister Partha Chatterjee told media person in Kolkata that the MLA of Haldia Mrs Seuli Saha and the legislator of Barrackpur Mr. Silbhadra Dutta have been suspended from Trinamool Congress for indefinite period.

Mr. Chatterjee said that the party has started investigation on their anti-party activities and suspension will be in force till the inquiry is over. He said that the decision has also been conveyed to the Speaker of the State Assembly. Both the suspended legislators had recently joined the Iftar party hosted by the Trinamool Congress’ ousted All India General Secretary and MP Mukul Roy in Kolkata.
