The Madhya Pradesh government has transferred VYAPAM scam’s whistle blower Dr Anand Rai from Indore to Dhar district. Rai had recently lodged a complaint with the CBI alleging that BJP leader and former Union Minister Vikram Verma, using his influence and power, had got his daughter, pursuing MBBS in Santosh Medical College at Ghaziabad, transferred to Gandhi Medical College in Bhopal. Congress has criticized the state government for transferring VYAPAM’s whistle blower Dr. Anand Rai. The Party alleged that the state government has transferred Dr. Rai from Indore to Dhar to crush his morale in the fight against corruption.
