Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that caution and vigilance should be taken at every level to break the chain of covid-19 infection in the state. He said that surveillance and contact tracing work for Corona should be carried out with full ness in state. Mr Yogi was addressing a high level meeting on Covid 19 at Lucknow today.
Chief minister also emphasised on continuous awareness of the public regarding Covid panoramic. Meanwhile the infection prevalence in the state is coming down.
One thousand two hundred 47 fresh covid cases were detected during the last 24 hours in the state meanwhile more than one thousand 559 patients were recovered during the same period, and as of now total 5 lakh 49 thousand 190 people with Corona infection have got cured.
According to the health department the number of active cases has decreased to 17 thousand 245 in the state. As of now total two crore twenty four lakh thirty nine thousand 369 samples were tested and total five lakh 74 thousand 631 cases of infection were found in the state.
Taking 19 fresh Corona deaths total 8 thousand 196 people lost their lives due to pandemic . The highest 1082 deaths were reported from capital lucknow.
