Former Union Minister and RJD Vice President Raghunath Jha today resigned from primary membership of the party. Mr. Jha said he and his supports were being ignored by the party supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav. He announced to join Samajwadi Party and in this connection he met Party President Mulayam singh yadav.
