Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the gathering of the Parivartan Rally in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh over phone. Prime Minister decided to address the rally over Phone as his helicopter could not land at the venue due to dense fog.
A large number of people had gathered at the rally venue from Bahraich as well as neighbouring districts.
This was the fifth Parivartan Rally of the Prime Minister in Uttar Pradesh. Prior to it, he has addressed rallies at Ghazipur, Agra, Kushinagar and Moradabad.
After Bahraich, Mr Modi is scheduled to address one more rally in Kanpur on 19th of this month.
