Pakistan invites UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav

basit akhileshPakistani High Commissioner in New Delhi Abdul Basit today invited Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to visit Pakistan which was accepted the CM accepted in principle.

Pakistani High Commissioner was in Lucknow today. He praised the culture and Mehman Nawazi of Lucknow and said that it felt as if he is amongst the people who are most acquainted and are like old friends.

He profusely appreciated the mouth watering cuisines of Lucknow.

“I have met CM at his residence and invited him to Pakistan. He has in principle accepted the invitation on a convenient date,” Basit said.

He said that he was in Lucknow since Sunday and after coming here he felt like being in some city of his country Pakistan.
