Modi NawaazNew Delhi today said there is no mutually convenient date for Indo-Pak Foreign Secretary-level talks so far. Replying to a media query in New Delhi, External Ministry Affairs spokesperson Vikas Swarup said whenever the talks take place, recent terror attack on Pathankot airbase will be discussed.

Replying to another query whether India is satisfied with Pakistan regarding probe in Pathankot terror case, Mr Swarup said both the governments are in regular touch after New Delhi provided actionable evidence to that country.

Reacting over refusal by a Pakistani court for voice samples of 26/11 mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi and six other suspects in the case, the spokesperson said India sees 26/11 trial as a test for Pakistan in its fight against terrorism. He said, Islamabad must ensure that perpetrators are brought to book.

Asked about the balloon like object coming from the neighbouring country on Republic Day, Mr Swarup said, India will be soon raising the issue with Pakistan through diplomatic channels. The balloon like object, moving easterly in Jaisalmer, was shot down by Indian Air Force.
