Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today said the Islamic State terror group was the likely perpetrator of a bomb attack in Gaziantep.
In a written statement Erdogan further said that the aim of attacks like Gaziantep was to sow division between different groups in Turkey such as Arabs, Kurds and Turkmen and spread incitement along ethnic and religious lines.
Meanwhile, the local governor’s office has said that the death toll from suspected suicide bomb attack in the southeastern near the Syrian border yesterday, has risen to 50.
