An official press release says that the IMG also recommended deduction of Bank Guarantee in cases of four coal blocks. These include Moitra allotted to Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited, Dumri allotted to M/s Nilanchal Iron and Steel Limited and M/s Bajran Ispat Pvt Limited,
Durgapur-II/Sariya allotted to M/s DB Power Limited ,Seregraha allotted to M/s Arcelor Mittal Indian Limited and M/s GVK Power Govindwal Sahib Limited.
So far the IMG has recommended de-allocation of 11 coal blocks. The panel which is scrutinising 29 out of 58 cases to which notices had been issued
The IMG will meet again tomorrow to review remaining cases.
