Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has said that the government is open to constructive suggestions from farmers and farmer unions.
In an interview to All India Radio News, he said that in situations when it is difficult to convince, many people begin to confuse and misguide.
Taking a jab at the opposition parties Mr. Gadkari said elements who are politically motivated are indulged in building a false narrative. He said the government is ready to sit with the farmers and talk about the farm Acts clause by clause and is also ready to accept positive and constructive suggestions from them with an open mind.
