Five workers, who were fast asleep at a bar-cum-restaurant in the city died, after a fire broke out, in the early hours of Monday.
According to police, the cause of the fire that engulfed the Bar, which is located in a busy area, was not immediately known.
Two fire tenders and a rescue van were rushed to the spot to douse the flames, which started at around 0230 hrs.
