The Weather agency further predicted dense fog at isolated places over Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Muzaffarabad, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Bihar, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
