Seven persons have died due to COVID-19 during the past 24 hours in Manipur increasing total related fatalities to 318 so far in the State.
On the other hand, 138 people including 16 personnel of the Central Armed Police Force have tested positive for COVID-19. Among the new cases, 122 are locals and do not have travel history.
The total number of affected people so far in the State has reached 26,534.
In the past 24 hours 135 people were discharged in the State and the recovery rate is 87.81 per cent.
So far, Manipur has recorded a total 23,301 recovered cases while the number of active cases is 2,915.
