mayaBSP supremo Mayawati today came down heavily at Centre government led by prime minister Narendra Modi for allegedly maligning opposition parties particularly BSP by misusing its power.

She said that her party has deposited the the fund in Banks according to norms and regulations.
“The money belongs to the party, which has been deposited following due procedures. We have an account of every rupee deposited in banks, but what about deposits by BJP?” asked Ms Mayawati, daring PM Modi to make public bank deposits by the BJP, which she alleged was “anti-dalit”.

“I want to tell the PM that if you have any honesty and sincerity, you should make public any major expense, statement of deposits and expenditures of the BJP. Let it all be out in the open,” the BSP chief said at press conference in Lucknow.

On Monday Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) came under the scanner for some unusual party’s bank account for the past few days. From the day banks reopened after Prime Minister Narendra Modi banned Rs 500/1000 notes, over Rs 100 crore has been deposited in BSP’s bank account.

Making it for one of the biggest revelations since note ban, Rs 104.36 crore has been placed in BSP’s account in Union Bank located at New Delhi’s Karol Bagh, India TV reported

“Out of the total amount, Rs 3 crore was deposited in old notes of Rs 500, whereas the remaining Rs 101.36 crore was in Rs 1,000 currency denominations,” said reports.
