In Jammu and Kashmir, the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office, Jammu is organising outreach programmes “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” and Pension Adalat tomorrow at its Regional Office at Railway Road in Jammu from 10 AM. The programmes aims for quick disposal of grievances and to register any problems being faced by the stakeholders related to EPFO.
AIR correspondent reports that the Nidhi Aapke Nikat is a public outreach programme that endeavours to address the problems and grievance of all the stakeholders including, employees and employers by bringing them on a common platform and to increase awareness and sensitize them about new initiatives undertaken in their interest by the EPFO.
On the other hand, Pension Adalat provides a platform to existing and prospective pensioners for closer interaction with EPFO officers to understand the provisions of EPS 1995 and seek resolution of their pension related grievances such as non-receipt of pension, Digital life certificates etc. Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Rizwan Uddin will personally hear the grievances and issues of all stakeholders during the event.
