The national capital today recorded its hottest day of the season with the temperature soaring to 43.2 degrees Celsius.

Met office has forecast mainly clear skies for tomorrow along with strong surface winds during the day.

The maximum and the minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 42 and 27 degrees Celsius.

Gujarat reels under severe heat wave conditions

Gujarat is reeling under severe heat wave conditions in the last few days. The temperature in most of the cities including Ahmedabad was above 42 degree Celsius.

According to met office, the day temperature is likely to increase further in the next few days. Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has issued red from 26th to 28th April as maximum temperature is likely to go beyond 45 degree Celsius.
