A special court of Patna Saturday convicted suspended RJD MLA Raj Ballabh Yadav and five others in rape case of a minor girl. The court will pronounce quantum of punishment on December 21.
The court had reserved it’s verdict after hearing both sides on December 4. The charge sheet was filed against Yadav on June 6, 2016.
The minor girl was a resident of Rahui in Nalanda district was raped by Raj Ballabh Yadav at his residence in Biharsharif.
