Amit Khare, 1985 batch IAS officer of Jharkhand cadre will be the new Information and Broadcasting Secretary. The Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved his appointment. Mr Khare will replace NK Sinha who will superannuate on 31st of this month.
The Government has also appointed Neelam Sawhney as Social Justice and Empowerment Secretary.
Rina Ray has been appointed as Secretary Department of School Education and Literacy in place of Anil Swarup who will superannuate on 30th of next month.
Deepak Khandekar will be the new Tribal Affairs Secretary and Sailesh will be the Secretary, Department of Official language.
1985 batch Gujarat cadre officer Atanu Chakraborty will be Secretary Department of Investment and Public Asset Management.
Heera Lal Samariya will be Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment.
