Congress MP from Rohtak, Deepender Hooda has alleged that BJP government in Haryana has failed and it has cheated the farmers, poor and youth of the state by not fulfilling the promises made to them.
Hooda was speaking in “Yuva Akrsoh Sammelan” organized by Youth Congress activist Harsh Gujjar in Dhand area of this district on Sunday. Large number of workers warmly welcomed Hooda and brought him to the meeting venue in a huge procession. The MP was honoured with a pugree by veteran social worker Poona Ram Gangal.
Hooda said that the BJP government has disappointed farmers the most who were promised remunerative price for their produce and implementation of Swaminathan Commission report. But the farmers were facing the worst time now as they were getting lesser rates for their produce as compared to rates during Congress regime and were protesting for Swaminathan Commission report.
