In the USA, two people died and 18 others were injured after a small plane crashed into a commercial building in southern California.
In a social media post, the Fullerton Police Department said, two people were killed, ten people were transported to area hospitals for treatment and eight individuals were treated and released on the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
Meanwhile, the Federal Aviation Administration identified the aircraft as a single-engine Van’s RV-10.
Firefighters and police quickly responded to the scene, battling the blaze and evacuating nearby businesses. The fire damaged a warehouse that appeared to contain sewing machines and textile stock.
US Representative Lou Correa, who represents parts of Orange County, said that the plane had crashed into a furniture manufacturing building.
